Team Competencies
The team competencies section let's you keep track of skills and certifications within the team.

Workflow
Adding Team Competencies
Click on 'Add competency' to begin.

Select the team member and pertinent competency from the drop-down selection.

Add any additional details you want to record, then hit submit

The competency is now shown on the team competencies card.

You can also upload supporting documentation and certification using the Certificates button once a competency is added. You can set an expiry date for any certification.
