Vets can now support their crofters with a new type of client. In addition, we've added better document support and fixed a few more bugs.

Townships and Crofters
Vets can create and manage a township and crofters.
Crofters do not require a HerdPlan account, making this entirely driven by vet staff.
Livestock groups within the township can be assigned to individual crofters.
Creating actions for crofters works slightly differently. Assign the same action to each crofter, or customise each one individually.
Document Handling
PDF files in the Farm Library can be previewed within HerdPlan, avoiding the need to download the file to view it.
All Health Plan documents can be downloaded at once with the Approve Health Plan Summary.
Bugs
Accessibility enhancements for colour and shadow usage.
Improved dialog window deaign.
Improved user experience with the herd picker.
